BRITNEY Spears fought back tears as she opened like never before in her first major statement since the dissolution of her guardianship. And mocked only by those who want to share their story.
In a nearly two-minute speech on Instagram, the now-free pop star said she’s ready for a classic “Oprah Winfrey Tell-All.”
“I could also make a track of my thoughts on the lawn before I go and put things in order for Oprah,” he hinted, before uttering a serious tirade about her new life.
She confessed, “I’ve been in guardianship for 13 years. It’s a long time to be in a situation where you don’t want to be.
“So honestly, I’m grateful for every day, for being able to have my car keys, for being able to be independent and feel like a woman.”
Britney, 39, said it was the moments we took for granted that she most wanted to live: “Having an ATM card. Seeing cash for the first time. Being able to buy candles.
“It’s the little things for us women, but it makes a big difference and I’m grateful for that. It’s beautiful. It’s very beautiful.”
She then turned her attention to the guardianship process itself, stating that she is not here to “be a victim.”
“I’m here to be an advocate for people with real disabilities, with real illnesses,” she continued, adding, “I’m a very strong woman, so I can only imagine what the system has done to those people.
“So I hope my story has an impact and makes some changes in this corrupt system.”
The Stronger singer then turned her attention to the “Free Britney” movement.
She said, “You guys rocked.
“Honestly, my voice has been silent and threatened for so long and I have not been able to speak or say anything, and because of you and the awareness of knowing what was going on and delivering it to the public for so long, it has raised awareness to all of them.
“For you, I sincerely believe you saved my life.”
In her accompanying legend, Brit went on to criticize the process that stopped her: “I know how embarrassing it is to share the fact that I never saw cash or that I couldn’t drive my car … but honestly, I still dislike it. I woke up every day waking up as my family and guardianship were able to do what they did to me
“It was demoralizing and degrading !!!! I’m not even mentioning all the bad things they did to me, for which everyone should be in jail … yes, including my church mom !!!!
“I’m used to keeping the peace for the family and keeping my mouth shut … but this time not … I DON’T FORGET IT and I hope they can look up tonight and know EXACTLY WHAT I WANT TO DO !!!”
CHILD MOTHER’S GARDEN
Britney’s anger against her mother Lynne was supported by the fact that she denied entry into her home when the distant father tried to “reconnect” with the star before her victory in guardianship.
Britney previously claimed that her mother “secretly ruined my life” and said her nearly 14-year guardianship was the matriarch’s idea.
The Toxic singer is still furious at her mother’s involvement as Britney refused to let Lynne into her home shortly before her guardianship officially ended on Friday.
According to Page Six, the 66-year-old traveled from Louisiana to Los Angeles to reconcile with her eldest daughter, only to be rejected at the door by the pop star.
A source told the publication: “She [Britney] he is furious with her. Lynne tried to visit for several days, but Britney simply shut her down.
The incident is said to have occurred at the time Britney called her mother in an explosive Instagram post.
The former Mousekateer has become more outspoken in the days since her father was removed from guardianship.
Britney’s tutelage officially ended after 13 years without requiring any additional mental assessment, as Judge Brenda Penny ruled in favor of the Grammy Award winner.
On Friday, Judge Penny ruled that Britney’s guardianship would be terminated, giving the hitmaker control of her life for the first time since before 2008.
In September, Britney’s case returned to a Los Angeles court where Judge Penny issued a series of explosive sentences, following her father Jamie Spears’ decision to drop out of guardianship the previous month.
She decided to suspend Jamie from guardianship, however, that didn’t mean the end of guardianship completely.
In her statement to the court, Judge Brenda Penny said at the time, “Based on what I read in the documents and read everything. I think Jamie Spears ‘suspension is in Britney Spears’ best interest.
“The current situation is unattainable. The court finds that the toxic environment that Jamie Spears created must be removed today.”
